Prior to joining the litigation team at Steindle Williams Legal, I was an in-house counsel for an insolvency firm where I advised and acted as counsel for the liquidator and receiver on various matters including:

  • Debt recovery and security enforcement;
  • Enforcing judgments by obtaining charging order, sale order or applying for bankruptcy;
  • Issuing statutory demand and applying to put companies into liquidation; and
  • Negotiating and settling disputed claims

I have successfully appeared as counsel in the District Court, High Court, and the Court of Appeal and I have developed a passion for civil litigation and disputes resolution.

 

I assist David Hoskin in all aspects of the litigation and disputes resolution process.
