I have been practising Commercial and Property Law for over 7 years and pride myself on providing detailed and pragmatic legal advice to clients, tailored to suit their individual commercial and private client needs.
I have a diverse range of experience in commercial matters, with a particular focus on small and large scale residential developments; limited partnership agreements; construction contracts; sale and purchase of business; franchise agreements; shareholders agreements; commercial leasing; property conveyancing and finance.
I also assist clients on private client matters in the areas of Residential Conveyancing, Trusts, Estate and Tax Planning and Finance.
My recent experience includes:
- A complex subdivision and decontamination of commercial land ($6 million) including advice and compliance with comprehensive soil remediation plans;
- Providing ongoing legal services to limited partnerships including the issue and sale of limited partnership units globally and associated transactions;
- Advising on the acquisition and development of culturally significant land including heritage and geotechnical issues;
- Advising a Franchisee with the purchase of a well-known petrol franchise and negotiating a comprehensive 15 year lease with the Franchisor.
In addition to having a Bachelor of Laws from Auckland University, I have a Bachelor of Arts majoring in German and Mandarin at the University of Auckland.
