It is not just subdivision work we do. We also act on the acquisition of land for development purposes including arranging financing. We prepare presale documentation and the contractual work needed for a project from its beginning to its end.

Beyond property development and subdivision itself it is important to consider the appropriate vehicle for carrying out property development and completing a subdivision. This needs to be considered carefully with both creditor protection and taxation issues in mind. We can assist with all of that.

We also advise on construction contracts, both in terms drafting them and disputes which may arise.
